Development Approval (DA) has now been granted by Gold Coast City Council for our proposed Medical Centre complex on the intersection of Reserve Road & Tamborine-Oxenford Road Upper Coomera, Queensland.

Situated directly opposite the recently completed Coles Bi-Lo Supermarket shopping centre and other associated specialty shops  (including an Amcal Chemist), this new two storey Medical Centre will provide essential medical services to the fast-developing Upper Coomera area. This is one of the fastest growing areas in Australia with a booming population and a clearly emerging demographic mix of young establishing families as well as an affluent ‘baby-boomer” retirement community.  

We are currently inviting discussions with medical practitioner groups and GP service providers including the pathology and para-medical fields to receive expressions of interest in leasing and occupying this much-needed development.
