Ashbrook Developments was incorporated in Queensland in August 2002. The company management structure is strategically defined to the principal Director, Mr John Ashton and a core team of experienced property development and management professionals. The registered offices are situated in the Pivotal Point building at Marine Parade Southport on Queenslands Gold Coast.

Several high-quality residential developments have been completed although the company has for a number of years, been more active in commercial office and retail development projects.
Recent strategic project planning & design concept disciplines have also been ably demonstrated by us in the marine field relating to proposed marinas & marine industry related projects.

The associated construction arm, Ashton Constructions Pty Ltd, was registered as a Queensland corporate entity in September 1989 and continues to construct the Ashbrook Development projects. It was admitted as a member of the Queensland Master Builders Association (QMBA) in October 1989. Ashton Constructions is licensed by the statutory Building Services Authority (BSA) and holds a construction licence (no. 729251) for developments to “Medium Rise” status.
